Strongest Spirit Beast Master Family

Chapter 390

Chapter 390

Just a few breaths earlier, the giant tree demon had briefly broken through to a first tier lord level, a terrifying existence comparable to the elders of some small families. Yet, it met a tragic end in less than a moment of glory.

Mon Yin's mouth gaped open in disbelief, his limbs turning icy cold. Just moments ago, he had been shouting for the giant tree demon to slice the Red into pieces. In a dramatic twist, it was his own spirit beast that got sliced instead.

"Just a fire tail formed by condensed spiritual power, yet so formidable. I wonder when Red will reach the level of the Four tailed Red Cat, or even surpass it," Blaze Regret mused, his lips curling slightly, his eyes carrying a hint of chill as they landed on Mon Yin.

Being stared at with such a gaze, Mon Yin involuntarily shivered, a tinge of fear spreading across his face.

Blaze Regret intended to kill!

His extensive experience allowed him to immediately grasp Blaze Regret's intentions.

"Friend... I have always respected Lord Fire Emperor. My actions earlier were forced by circumstances," Mon Yin hastily spoke, ignoring the blood trickling from the corner of his mouth.

As soon as these words were spoken, the expressions of those watching turned rather amused. Who was it that, after others had slain the Azure Thorn Demon, they tried to reap the benefits, and who was it that, full of confidence, had previously made sarcastic remarks? Many remembered that sharp voice.

"Forced by circumstances? Who forced you?" Blaze Regret asked playfully, looking at Mon Yin.

"It was... it was..."

Mon Yin's face stiffened, his voice stuttering, and a sharp glint flashed deep within his eyes. Your next journey awaits at My Virtual Library Empire

"If you don't want me to live, then just die!"

With a fierce expression, Mon Yin raised his head, a slender bamboo tube appearing in his hand. Placing it to his lips, he blew forcefully, and a needle sharp spike pierced the air, shooting violently towards Blaze Regret.

The speed was akin to a streak of lightning darting through the air.

Blaze Regret merely smiled faintly at this display. With an air of nonchalance, he extended his right hand, and with a light pinch between two fingers, he effortlessly caught the exceptionally sharp spike.

"A venomous needle, crafted from the stinger of a poison attributed venom bee," Blaze Regret remarked.

Seeing Blaze Regret catch the needle, Mon Yin's face turned deathly pale. Hearing these words from Blaze Regret only deepened his despair. It was only now that he realized how weak his petty tricks were in front of Blaze Regret.

"Those struck by this will have their bodies covered in blood blisters, dying in an extremely gruesome manner. Such things are used only by truly malicious individuals," Blaze Regret commented, his gaze shifting to Mon Yin, who was attempting to flee. With disdain, he flicked his fingers, and the venomous needle transformed into a bright streak of light, piercing Mon Yin's thigh.

Feeling the sharp pain in his leg, Mon Yin's face was filled with terror. He raised his hands, watching as blood blisters rapidly spread, his shrill cries of agony echoing through the sky.

The onlookers in the distance, witnessing Mon Yin's horrific transformation, couldn't help but feel a chill run down their spines. Meeting a grim fate seemed to aptly describe his situation.

"With the fly swatted, it's time to get down to business," Blaze Regret stated, leaping onto Red's back. As Red sped away, Blaze Regret showed no interest in even glancing back at Mon Yin.

"You will die, you will definitely die at Kartis Van's hands!" Mon Yin shouted venomously at Blaze Regret's retreating figure. Suddenly, threads of blood spurted from the bursting blisters, and his agonized screams once again filled the air.

The desolate ancient land stretched endlessly, and the galloping fire Cat moved like a pale yellow streamer, weaving silently through the terrain.

Occasionally, a fierce wind would sweep by, lifting sand and gravel, stretching all the way to the horizon and blending with the undulating dunes. Such a scene was rarely seen in the Sun Moon Empire, and it appeared rather majestic.

"This rock fragment seems a bit peculiar," Blaze Regret mused.

Seated on Red's back, Blaze Regret thoughtfully rubbed the rock fragment in his hand. The surface of the fragment was etched with mysterious runes and intricate, delicate patterns. However, beneath this exquisite appearance, there seemed to be an inherent flaw, imparting a subtle sense of disharmony.

As he flipped through the heavy ancient book, Blaze Regret's frown deepened. The book contained only basic records of the Sand Palace and some secrets unknown to ordinary people, but nothing more beyond that.

"It seems this ancient book isn't all encompassing," he mused, placing the book back into the Void realms Stone with a wry smile. Blaze Regret considered consulting Master Magi but hesitated and eventually decided against it. He had grown accustomed to independence and was no longer the inexperienced novice he once was.

Suddenly, as Red continued its swift pace, the rock fragment in Blaze Regret's hand began to vibrate slightly. A profound beam of light shot across the sky, connecting to the distant mountain range. The area appeared dim and murky, with rolling waves of earth colored sand resembling countless galloping dragons, exuding a formidable sense of pressure.

"What a strong aura of oppression," Blaze Regret noted as Red came to a halt at the foot of the mountain. His expression turned solemn. He had always maintained a cautious respect for mysterious areas, knowing that underestimating them could have led to his demise in the Black Abyss.

"Red, let's head to the summit first and assess the situation," Blaze Regret commanded after a moment of contemplation. Regardless of any potential dangers ahead, he was determined to explore, driven by the allure of the secret technique, the Flowing Sand Transformation Wings , which was hard to resist.

"Let's go!"
